HELPFUL TIPS FOR PRODUCT USE!

Mr. Mould is a naturally based mould and mildew surface cleaner and treatment. The product is powered by pure coconut surfactant and five pure essential oils. The product delivers a powerful mould and mildew cleaning and sanitation action on almost all surfaces without exposing you to harsh toxic chemicals. It leaves behind a micro fine layer that acts as an ongoing defensive measure against future mould and mildew ingress on treated surfaces. Product also acts as a powerful deodoriser!

This product does not deliver a bleaching action. Where mould has permanently stained, or damaged coated / painted surfaces always repaint denigrated surfaces to regain premium surface protection and appearance. Treated surfaces can be painted over once totally dry.

DILUTION OF PRODUCT:

Product is supplied in a heavy duty ready to use strength. For heavy surface mould, mildew soiling use as supplied. Product may be diluted with clean water. Ratio of dilution is dependent on the cleaning task hand. It is recommended that product is not diluted any more than one – part product to one – part water.

INTERNAL SURFACES

Walls, Ceilings, Wood Work, Hard Surface Floors.

Heavy mould and mildew ingress:

Use as supplied. Apply directly onto a micro fibre cloth or mop head, apply Mr Mould to the targeted surfaces, with heavy mould ingress, allow product to dwell for a minute or two to do its work. Using the micro fibre cloth / mop remove the mould / mildew from the surfaces remembering to wash out cloths regularly. Avoid getting product runs down dry surfaces as this may leave run marks.

The micro fine / non – visible residual product left on the surface will significantly assist in providing ongoing defence against mould and mildew re – establishing on treated surfaces.

• Do not apply to hot surfaces
• Always clean product off thoroughly from foot traffic surfaces as it will be slippery

Tiles / ceramic fittings and fixtures:

Use as supplied, apply a “fine coat” of product to surfaces. Allow to hydrate for about three to six minutes. Where heavy soiling / mould and mildew are present, agitate tile and grouting surfaces with a soft brush or cloth. Once hydrated, either remove the treatment and soiling with a soft water rinse cloth—rinse out cloth regularly – change water often, or as practicable, water rinse off thoroughly. Ensure that treatment is not left neat on floor surfaces such as shower floors and so on, as this will make them slippery when wet. Always clean off thoroughly from foot traffic surfaces, such as shower floors. 

Glass surfaces:

Interior glass surfaces: Dilute product one – part product to nine parts water, apply and as required, agitate with soft cloth, where practicable, rinse thoroughly and or then swiggie off to dry state. Exterior glass surfaces: Dilute product one – part product to nine parts water, apply even fine coating of product. As may be required agitate with soft cloth or brush as practicable, rinse really thoroughly and or then swiggie off to dry state.

Spot Cleaning Carpets / Fabrics:

When using for the first time, always conduct a trail test on carpet in an inconspicuous location to ensure compatibility. Apply to soiled area, gently brush / agitate, allow to hydrate for 2-5 minutes and then either wet power vacuum extract out or sponge off / out with a clean water cloth rinsing regularly in clean water. In cases of heavy soiling allow to hydrate longer, repeat treatment as may be needed. Act as an excellent deodoriser for the likes of pet odours and so on.

Soft Furnishings – Out Door Furniture:

When using for the first time always conduct a trail test on all furnishing fabric / surface types present in an inconspicuous location to ensure compatibility. Apply to required furnishing surfaces, as may be required, gently brush / agitate, allow to hydrate for 2-5 minutes and then either wet power vacuum extract out of fabrics or wipe/ sponge surfaces off / out with clean water rinsing regularly. In cases of heavy soiling allow to hydrate longer, repeat treatment as may be needed. Mr Mould acts as an excellent deodoriser for the likes of sweat and pet odours and so on.

Exterior Surfaces:

Apply product as supplied evenly over all targeted surfaces using a pump spray or like equipment, immediately agitate / work surfaces with a brush or soft broom where heavy mould ingress is present. Avoid application on to hot surfaces; do not allow product to dry on surfaces. Allow product to work into the surfaces for 3-5 mins, then water pressure or hose clean off.

Clothing / Fabrics

Should clothing or other fabric – based items that would normally be washed in a washing machine suffer mould ingress, or simply have that mouldy / mildew smell, simply place ¼ of a cup of Mr Mould in the wash.
